Sustainability Contest
Congrats to Nick Evers, Maureen McGonagle, Ali Tantum, Gracie Nelson, and Emma Kiser for submitting No Impact Hokie.
They will be implementing it this spring after spring break. THis was a class project based of the idea of No Impact Man the movie. iChange is helping to market this week long event. We believe that this should be a new tradition at Tech and helps shows Tech's green initiatives.

The CEC (Campus Enhancement Competition)
Congratulations to Matthew Ward for his idea on Green Roofs.
His idea was to build green roofs on top of different buildings on campus. This will help not only help Virginia Tech become greener and produce less waste, but will also save the campus lots of money in the long run. At the moment, we are working on running a test pilot and are hopeful if successful, that it will be implemented on a bigger scale next year.
